- Very experienced healthcare services leader, manager, collaborator, facilitator and transformer of medical clinics, medical and dental practices, clinical programs, clinical service lines, and systems into higher performance entities inclusive of the following:
- Academic, public, private, not-for-profit, for-profit hospitals and regional health systems; physician and physician-hospital networks; independent physician associations; faculty practice plans; ambulatory care centers and clinics; emergency departments, clinical specialty hospital departments, single and multi-specialty medical groups and physician organizations and dental organizations; correctional health centers; mental health inpatient and outpatient centers, trade associations, and professional associations.
- Management experience includes the following:
- Developing, executing and leading new business clinical start-ups, and new clinical/non-clinical programs with a focus on productivity, performance, profit margins, value based clinical outcomes, population health and community health management.
- Planning and executing strategic, operational, and financial plans, processes and programs; leading and executing Six Sigma and Lean processes and programs for improved outcomes and reduced errors through ongoing prevention, problem detection and solving; and managing change initiatives.

- Leading and collaborating with all stakeholders to transform and achieve optimal quality patient care, value based outcomes, and clinical integration.
- Analyzing and interpreting clinical and business-related healthcare data for improved operational processes, outcomes, and added-value. Serving as both a detail-oriented analyst and senior healthcare strategic analyst (subject matter expert) with proficiencies in several business, electronic medical record, and analytics applications.
- Services are billed as a percent of revenue; on an hourly basis; or on a fixed fee basis.
