  1. Served with an international health services management company that created and managed three (3) successful Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) in partnership with a physician professional association in Maryland in 2017 and 2018 - an integrated network of more than 22,500 beneficiaries and 100 providers. Research completed on an extensive base of critically essential knowledge on ACO start-up, processes and infrastructure development
  2. Provided management services for the launching of a Chronic Care Management (CCM) program for more than 10,000 Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries in partnership with a 130 physician multi-specialty medical group with more than 20 clinic locations and 3 medical centers throughout Maryland in 2017 and 2018
  3. Provided administrative services for more than 50 clinic/medical group projects in 2017 and 2018
  4. ​​Developed a chronic care management program for a 130+ provider medical group in 2017 and 2018
  5. Provided consultative services to the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology collaboratively with Concerted Solutions, Inc. (April 2014 to April 2015)
  6. Provided patient experience program services for the Military Health System (November 2014 to January 2015)
  7. Presented before various healthcare system leaders on subject matter to include population healthcare management, medical group management, and electronic health record management and inter-operability (circa 2015 and 2016)
  8. Provided behavior healthcare management services (October 2016 to March 2017)
  9. Designed a practice management program for a 6,000 member professional physician association
  10. Consulted as a “subject matter expert” for patient engagement, electronic medical record systems, and practice management design projects
  11. Consulted and presented before clinical leadership groups on various subject matter to include “Becoming a High Performing Medical Group” and “Implementing Medical Record Systems” 
  12. Led the start-up, business development, and management of a large regional pediatric primary care physician organization with 50 providers and 11 sites
  13. Integrated the operations of a health system’s community health centers with more than 85 providers and 19 sites
  14. Implemented the provision of value-added management services for a hospital-physician network with more than 750 physician members 
  15. Led and completed multiple acquisitions and mergers to include contract negotiations & closings with community physician practices for a health system
  16. Provided management services for a team of physicians, senior management personnel, and support staff resulting in one of the highest employee engagement survey scores for divisions of the health system
  17. Successfully executed continuous improvement, marketing and public relations services leading this organization to its designation by MGMA, the leading medical group practice professional association, as one of the Top Performing & Successful Medical Groups in the United States from 2005 through 2010 until my departure
  18. Implemented an electronic medical record (EMR) system for a physician organization with state-of-the-art technology
  19. Improved net medical revenue, physician productivity, and total margins consistently from budget and prior year for a large hospital base medical group. 
  20. Developed an effective physician compensation program whereby all affiliated physicians shared business risks and rewards, and resulted in average compensation levels near the 90th percentile of MGMA 
  21. Increased sub-specialty referrals to a children's hospital by more than 60% resulting in significant profits over three years
  22. Improved the integration of acquired medical groups by developing a structural re-organization, strategic and tactical  plans, operating budgets and financial management reporting systems, market research and planning, policies and procedures, and staff training and development needs
  23. Spearheaded a lab cost benefit analysis for selected practices which resulted in a significant increase in net revenues, an increase in the collections ratio, and a decrease in cost
  24. Completed more than 50 practice assessments for prospective and affiliate practices which resulted in a comprehensive set of recommendation for improvements in their respective operations.
  25. Assisted with the acquisitions and mergers for a health care provider organizations.
  26. Consulted with a physician organization on start-ups and business plan development.
  27. Assessed and negotiated countless managed care contracts for clients.
  28. Consulted and advised clients on matters related to joint ventures, health care facility purchases, business acquisitions, equity participation, medical office billing systems, operations development, quality management, utilization management, contract provisions, and financial management
  29. Consulted on the construction and completion of an 120 bed communicable disease hospital ahead of schedule and within budget projections.
  30. Developed strategic planning and budget planning for client organizations.
  31. Spearheaded the preparation of a contract proposal and execution in response to a RFP for patient care services to more than 120,000 patients and an estimated 800,000 annual patient visits in New York; and for the public school system in Maryland. 
  32. Implemented a successful OSHA compliance program for 1,100 employees and 120,000 patients.
  33. Developed a successful quality improvement program in association 
  34. Successfully spearheaded the preparation for JCAHO accreditation compliance for medical staff affairs standards resulting in a re-accreditation. 
  35. Developed and revised a medical staff credentials handbook and bylaws for improved clinical governance.
  36. Negotiated, finalized, and ratified numerous resident physician training contracts and attending physician compensation and employment contracts.
  37. Implemented the National Practitioner Database compliance standards for improved credentialing and granting of clinical privileges to physicians.
  38. Implemented organ and tissue donor compliance standards for improved transplant services
